Absolutely loved our time at Raiz. We did the a la carte menu option for a party of 6 and were able to try so many options. Food was delicious. Our server Alan was friendly and attentive. We would recommend!

I really loved our dinner at Raiz, and it’s a place I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. From the moment we walked in, the ambience of the restaurant set the tone for the evening. The interior had a warm, inviting feel with just the right level of lighting to make it intimate without being too dim. The music was well-curated and perfectly complemented the overall vibe—relaxing yet energetic enough to keep the mood lively. We opted for the 9-course tasting menu, which felt thoughtfully priced given the exceptional quality and creativity of the dishes. Each course was beautifully presented, showcasing the chef’s attention to detail and flair for innovation. Out of the nine courses, several dishes stood out as exceptional. The pork belly was a standout, cooked to perfection with a crispy exterior and a tender, flavorful interior. The parsnips were surprisingly delightful, highlighting how a humble vegetable can be transformed into something extraordinary. And then there was the flan—a dessert that left a lasting impression. Creamy, smooth, and perfectly balanced in sweetness, it was honestly one of the best desserts I’ve had in a long time. It was the perfect way to end the meal and left me wishing I could have another serving! Overall, Raiz delivered not just a meal but an experience. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable, enhancing the enjoyment of the evening with their thoughtful service. I can’t wait to go back and try more of what they have to offer.

Fantastic food, service and ambiance. Incredibly fresh and locally sourced ingredients turning vegetables and mushrooms dishes into amazing highlights of the evening. Recommend highly for vegetarians and offering vegan options as well. Also plenty great meat and fish options. Highlights were the clam ceviche, mushroom dishes and Tomato salad. Both tasting menues and a la carte. A perfect evening!

If you want to try Michelin star experience, then you have to go visit this place. Our server was excellent and so was the manager. The food was exceptional. Every plate was crafted so carefully and presented with such intricacy. They changed the plate and silverware after each and every plate. We tried their hand crafted cocktails and their oysters, sea urchin and huitlacoche tostadas, which is also known as corn mushroom, corn smut or Mexican truffle! Pretty amazing!!! We also had their Octopus. They divided our plates into two, as my husband and I like to share everything. The oysters were our favorites and we ordered another round. Definitely try this place.

The most underrated gem of a restaurant in Mexico right now. Went with our two vegetarian friends, one of which we were celebrating. The atmosphere is very cozy and private, we didn’t even notice the other patrons in the restaurant. The service was beyond attentive and kind. This restaurant was the highlight of our trip. Thank you, Raiz for an incredible night.

It was obvious from the start that much care and excellence were put into every aspect of our evening there. The service was impeccable, the food was absolutely top notch. So was the ambiance and the creativity that went into everything as well. One of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had

A stellar experience! Everything we had was amazing, but some things stood out as better than the rest. Scallop tostada, fried oysters, lobster appetizer, lobster tacos were the best of the best. I thought the octopus was not up to the same par as the rest, but still very good. Service was impeccable. We ate at Raiz, Filigrana, Pargot, and Esquina Comun all in 5 days. Raiz was my wife's favorite of the bunch.
